The accommodation price includes:
Private beach access with a ladder;
A campfire site;
A large gazebo with a fireplace and outdoor furniture;
Outdoor grill, stove, barbecue, cauldron, large cast iron pan, several smaller pans, waffle pan, cast iron pots of various sizes, grill grates, skewers;
2 bags of firewood, 40 liters each;

Four-seater pedal boat;
Fishing (in the lake, river). Fishing is allowed only with a permit;

Double kayak VISTA Wave Sport rental. Kayak rental price is 40 EUR per day. The price includes kayak rental with all equipment (life jackets, dry bags, maps, paddles);
Motorboat (fishing boat). From 150 EUR per day + fuel costs;
Leisure boat-catamaran. Sailing with a captain for up to 10 people on a leisure catamaran from 150 EUR;
Electric boat motor and battery, 35 EUR per day;
Sauna. Sauna heating 85 EUR per day, second heating 45 EUR;
Hot tub. Hot tub heating 80 EUR, second heating without changing the water 40 EUR;
Disc golf. Basket and disc rental price is 5 EUR per person per day;
Pets. Those planning to bring a pet must notify in advance and coordinate with the service provider. The price is from 10 EUR to 25 EUR per day;
Additional firewood. You can purchase firewood on-site or bring your own. A 40-liter bag costs 5 EUR;
Life jackets for adults and children. The price is 5 EUR per day per unit;
Stand-up paddleboard. Paddleboard rental with a life jacket is 30 EUR per day;
Guest arrival for vacationers. Those planning to invite guests must notify in advance and coordinate with the service provider. Visitors up to two hours are admitted free of charge, over two hours 20 EUR per person. those wishing to have bedding set up, the cost for one bed’s bedding is 5 EUR;
The price per night is from 150 EUR to 300 EUR (depending on the number of people).
The overnight stay for a guest costs 40 EUR per night;
The minimum accommodation period is two nights.
Upon arrival, a damage deposit of 100 EUR will be required. The deposit must be paid in cash. The deposit will be returned within 7 calendar days from check-out. The full deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after inspecting the accommodation.
