- There is no minimum age requirement for registration.
- Only the agreed-upon number of people can stay on the property. If visitors arrive to see guests, they must inform the representatives of the property.
- Upon arrival, guests must pay the full rental price immediately. Additional paid services of the property must also be settled. Smoking inside the building is prohibited.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
- The use of electrical appliances must always adhere to safety regulations. Children should not use them. Electrical appliances must not be left on without supervision.
- Building fires are allowed only in designated areas. Fires must not be left unattended, and they must be fully extinguished before leaving the fire pit. Using fireplaces, barbecue grills, roasting pits, and similar facilities is allowed only with the permission of the property’s representative and after receiving instructions.
- Behave in a manner that does not endanger your health, the health of other guests, or the property.
- Parents or guardians must ensure the safety of children. Children can row boats, swim, use water bicycles, and fish only under the supervision of adults and while wearing life jackets.
- Pets are allowed (for an additional fee). Guests bringing pets must ensure that they do not disturb other guests, do not lie down or sit on furniture, and do not soil the property. Those planning to bring pets must inform and coordinate with the service provider in advance.
- Guests without permission from the property representative are not allowed to move or relocate property inventory, furniture, or other items.
- Free parking spaces are available for cars.
Events or parties on the property are not allowed. Guests must observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00.
Check-out: from 8:00 to 12:00.
Minimum rental period – 2 nights.
